For this service, it is when passenger(s) want to go from point A to point B. The chauffeur will pick you up and drop you off at designated locations. Your fare will be calculated in advance based on distance. If you need additional stops you may require a charter service.

2. What information is collected during booking and how is this information used?
➢ Below are the needed items.
• Phone number: Home, Business or Cell (preferably cell)
• Passengers Name
• Pick-up and drop-off destinations
• Your flight information, including the time if airport pick up
• The number of traveling passengers
• Payment method

3. What is the latest I can place my reservation?
➢ We suggest you give a minimum of 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, you may make a reservation 3 hours prior.
4. How many people and how much luggage can fit in your sedans?
➢ For our sedans 3 passengers and 3 large bags are the capacity
5. What does the price include?
➢ JetSet Transportation offers a flat-rate that includes all cost of transportation, for to or from airports and Point-to-Point services. With the exception driver gratuity. You do have the option to add gratuity price when making your reservation. To your convenience cash gratuity may also be given directly to the driver.
6. In the case that my flight is delayed or I arrive early what will happen?
➢ As long as you provide us with your flight information at time of reservation your flights will be monitored to assure prompt service. There are no additional charges if your flight is delayed. However, after your flight is tracked and you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within a 90 minutes time frame of your plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
7. When will my card be charged?
➢ We Will charge your credit card on the day the reservation is made unless otherwise requested
8. Do you have special requests?
➢ Whether your request is big or small we are here to provide you with the highest level of customer service. When you make your reservation just ask for any special request we will be happy to accommodate your needs as best as we can.
9. Can I smoke in a JetSet Transportation vehicle?
➢ For health and safety reasons, we do not allow smoking in any JetSet vehicle.
10. Can my pet travel with me?
➢ We are a pet friendly transportation provider. Very few restrictions apply just ask when making your reservation. Note: Service dogs will never be refused.
11. What is the car seat requirement for children?
➢ The new Arizona Law now requires any child under age 8 and under 4’9″ to be in a booster or child restraint system
➢ JetSet Transportation does provide car seats; you are most welcome to bring your own for use in our vehicles.
12. What is JetSet Transportation’s cancellation policy?
➢ The simplicity of our cancellation policy is: in order to qualify for refund, your reservation must be cancelled a minimum of 3 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.
