Information you provide to us when booking is confidential.
➢ We suggest you give a minimum of 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, you may make a reservation 3 hours prior.
➢ For our sedans 3 passengers and 3 large bags are the capacity
➢ JetSet Transportation offers a flat-rate that includes all cost of transportation, for to or from airports and Point-to-Point services. With the exception driver gratuity. You do have the option to add gratuity price when making your reservation. To your convenience cash gratuity may also be given directly to the driver.
➢ As long as you provide us with your flight information at time of reservation your flights will be monitored to assure prompt service. There are no additional charges if your flight is delayed. However, after your flight is tracked and you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within a 90 minutes time frame of your plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
➢ We Will charge your credit card on the day the reservation is made unless otherwise requested
➢ Whether your request is big or small we are here to provide you with the highest level of customer service. When you make your reservation just ask for any special request we will be happy to accommodate your needs as best as we can.
➢ For health and safety reasons, we do not allow smoking in any JetSet vehicle.
➢ We are a pet friendly transportation provider. Very few restrictions apply just ask when making your reservation. Note: Service dogs will never be refused.
➢ The new Arizona Law now requires any child under age 8 and under 4’9″ to be in a booster or child restraint system
➢ JetSet Transportation does provide car seats; you are most welcome to bring your own for use in our vehicles.
➢ The simplicity of our cancellation policy is: in order to qualify for refund, your reservation must be cancelled a minimum of 3 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.
